I ordered a globe online and they charged my credit card the next day. An entire week went by and they still had not shipped my order. I tried sending them multiple messages with no response and I tried calling them only to be re-routed several times by an automated system and then hung up on. I could not get hold of them for almost two weeks and my order was still in processing status despite the fact they charged my credit card. I couldn't even cancel my order even after sending them messages demanding it be cancelled. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
